A third generation business owner, Robert got his entrepreneurial chops from his family right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Beginning with his grandfather's business MetalTek International, Robert was raised by two driven individuals and successful business owners in their own right, who instilled in him a commitment to hard work, respect, and quality. A member of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), Robert has been a business owner for 6 years and has been in the tree industry for over 11 years. Robert and his wife Bethany provide vibrant lives for two crazy dogs, Hueco and Darci, and adventure together often.
It is said Maggie Paden came into this world harnessed and swinging, approximately 31 minutes after her twin brother Robert. Heading up Chattanooga tree assessments, Maggie also climbs trees, expertly yields a chainsaw and can prune your woody perennial into its most vibrant self. Maggie is a caring friend, team player, trainer and valued member of the Chattanooga arts community. A graduate of UTC, with a BFA in Drawing & Painting and a BFA in Sculpture, Maggie brings a discerning eye and is an astute problem solver. An active member of The Vagabroads Chattanooga Moto Club, she is a lover of motorcycle maintenance, house plants and origami.

A member of the Paden Tree People team for over 3 years, Briar rounds out the crew with his big smile and positive attitude. Originally from Giles County, Briar's time outside of work is committed to good times with good people. When he isn't enjoying the company of family or friends, grilling out or at the creek, he is generally romping around with his sweet puppy dog, Piper.
